- 1/2 cup (60 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko bread crumbs.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
- Toss the cooked shrimp in the sauce or serve it on the side for dipping.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
