- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and then generously coat them with the spice mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the spice mix for up to an hour before cooking.
