Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken and vegetables to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto the skewers alternately.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking for 10-12 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
  6. Remove the skewers and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving.
