Scale
- 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
- 1/2 cup (60 g) breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup (30 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- 1 egg

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Leafy lettuce and sliced tomatoes for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches wide.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked through, assemble sliders by placing patties on buns with lettuce and tomatoes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Try adding your favorite cheese on top of the patties during the last few minutes of cooking.
- These sliders can be a great meal prep option—just refrigerate the uncooked patties for up to 24 hours before air frying.
