- 2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 tsp (5 g) onion powder
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) black pepper
- 1 cup (240 ml) buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Once cooked, toss the wings in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, increase the cooking time by a couple of minutes.
- Adjust the buffalo sauce quantity to your preferred spice level.
