- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In another shallow dish, whisk the eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, combine shredded coconut and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each shrimp first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the coconut-breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Arrange the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with a dipping sauce like sweet chili or mango salsa.
- For extra crunch, add more breadcrumbs to the coating mixture.
