- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh herbs (parsley or chives), for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Husk the corn and break it in half if necessary to fit in the air fryer.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture over the corn, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add more herbs to enhance the flavor.
- Serve with extra butter on the side if desired.
