- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 cup (120 g) breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup (60 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station: one plate with flour, a bowl with beaten eggs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and another plate with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, dip in the egg mixture, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded cutlets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Spray the cutlets lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and spray the other side with cooking spray.
- Continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buttermilk for a few hours before breading.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your chicken cutlets.
