Scale
- 1 lb (450 g) ground pork
- 1 cup (150 g) shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup (75 g) shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package (10 count) egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Add shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until veggies soften.
- Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner facing you. Place 2 tablespoons of the pork mixture in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a bit of water.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray.
- Place the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- You can substitute ground pork with chicken or tofu for a different flavor.
