Ingredients
Scale
- 4 lobster tails (about 8 oz each or 227 g)
- 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- With kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell down the center, then gently pull the meat out slightly and lay it on top of the shell.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some paprika to the butter mixture.
- Make sure not to overcook the lobster; it can become tough if cooked too long.
