- 1 large onion, sliced into rings

- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups (240 g) breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each onion ring in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs to coat.
- Arrange the coated onion rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the rings and air fry for another 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
