- 4 fillets of white fish (such as cod or haddock), about 6 oz (170 g) each
- 1 cup (100 g) panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup (60 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat each fish fillet in the flour mixture, dip into the beaten eggs, and then press into the panko breadcrumbs.
- Drizzle olive oil over the coated fish.
- Place the fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip the fish, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with lemon slices.

- For extra flavor, add herbs like parsley or dill to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Ensure the fish is thoroughly cooked; it should flake easily with a fork.
