Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches with 1/4 cup (50 g) of sugar and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients; stir until combined.
- Fold in the peaches and pour the mixture into an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 20 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired.
