  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450 g) fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Place the seasoned salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
  4. While the salmon is cooking, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to make the spicy mayo sauce.
  5. Serve the salmon bites hot, drizzled with spicy mayo and garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more sriracha to the mayo sauce.
  • Make sure the salmon is fresh for the best flavor and texture.
