- 1 can (14.75 oz / 415 g) pink salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup (60 g) breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup (60 g) finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup (60 g) chopped parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches wide.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place the patties in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the patties, spray with more oil, and cook for an additional 10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove and serve warm, with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the mixture.
- Serve with a side salad or in a burger bun for a complete meal.
