- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the steak bites with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Once the steak is cooked, drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the bites and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
