Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and rub them with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides of the steaks.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook for 10 minutes; flip the steaks halfway through cooking.
- Check the internal temperature for desired doneness (130°F/54°C for medium-rare).
- Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
