- 2 cups (300 g) broccoli florets
- 1 cup (150 g) bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup (150 g) zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup (150 g) cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
- You can substitute any seasonal vegetables you have on hand.
