Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
- Pour the honey glaze mixture over the salmon, ensuring even coverage.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey glaze for up to 30 minutes before baking.
