- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz or 170 g each)
- 1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets skinside down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the lemon butter mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the lemon butter mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
