  • 1 cup (240 ml) beef broth
  • 1 cup (240 ml) BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket, ensuring an even coating.
  4. Place the brisket in a roasting pan and pour beef broth around it.
  5. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 12-14 hours, or until tender.
  6. Remove the foil, brush on BBQ sauce, and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize.
  7. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
