  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook shrimp over medium heat until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and chop.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Add chopped shrimp and green onions, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread for dipping.

Notes
