Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped parsley, oregano, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Slowly whisk in the olive oil and red wine vinegar until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
- Let the chimichurri sit for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve over grilled meat or use as a marinade.
