Ingredients

- 2 cups (300 g) canned corn, drained
- 1 cup (240 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (120 g) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (60 g) diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 g) diced green onions
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, bell pepper, green onions, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Feel free to add jalapeños for extra spice!
- This dip can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
