- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the diced chicken until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Substitute the heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
