Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the halved brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Add the brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once crispy, remove from the air fryer and drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired. Serve warm.
