- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 slider buns
- Leafy greens (for serving)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip each chicken thigh in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the breaded chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- While chicken is cooking, prepare slider buns with leafy greens and sauce.
- Assemble sliders by placing cooked chicken on the buns and adding any additional toppings desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the chicken with a light coating of cooking oil before air frying.
- Feel free to add cheese or pickles to the sliders for extra flavor.
