Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with a mix of shredded coconut and panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated shrimp in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
