Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Carefully cut each ear of corn in half, then cut each half into quarters to create corn ribs.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the corn ribs in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
- Place the corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, increase the cooking time by a few minutes.
- Feel free to experiment with different spices like chili powder or parmesan cheese!
