- 2 large sweet potatoes (about 500 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the dipping sauce: 1/2 cup (120 g) Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into thin fries.
- In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
- While the fries are cooking, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, honey, mustard, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Serve the crispy fries hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the sweet potato fries in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings for your fries!
