  • 12 oz (340 g) pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 can (15 oz / 425 g) tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup (240 ml) frozen peas
  • 1 cup (240 ml) frozen sweetcorn
  • 2 cups (480 ml) cream
  • 1 cup (100 g) grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, peas, sweetcorn, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix in the cooked pasta and half of the grated cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
