- 1/4 cup (60 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb or 450 g)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring they are well coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate overnight.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
