Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, 170 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon herb mixture on both sides.
- Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Carefully flip the fillets and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the herb mixture for 30 minutes prior to grilling.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
