Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until creamy but still chunky.
- Add diced tomato, red onion, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt. Stir until combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped cilantro.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, then serve immediately with tortilla chips.
