- 1 lb (450 g) ground turkey
- 1/2 cup (50 g) breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch (2.5 cm) meatballs and place them on the prepared tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra moisture, you can add 1/4 cup (60 ml) of chopped onion.
- These meatballs freeze well, so make a double batch for future meals!
