  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
