- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1/2 cup (50 g) breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup (240 ml) marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then form the mixture into 1-inch (2.5 cm) meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- In the last few minutes of baking, warm the marinara sauce in a small saucepan.
- Serve the meatballs with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding chopped fresh herbs like parsley or basil.
- These meatballs can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
