- 2 tablespoons (30 g) ketchup
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) salt

- 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) dried thyme
- 1 cup (240 ml) beef broth
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
