- 1 large egg
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup (75 g) diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, or broccoli)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, and 1 egg until a dough forms. Press the dough into mini muffin tin cups.
- In another bowl, whisk together heavy cream, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shredded cheese and diced vegetables to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into each dough-filled cup until nearly full.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

- Feel free to add cooked meats like bacon or ham for added flavor.
