Ingredients

- 1 lb (450 g) ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 oz (225 g) provolone cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Push veggies to the side and add sliced steak; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook steak for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Mix veggies with steak and top with provolone cheese; cover to melt cheese.
- Scoop mixture onto hoagie rolls and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding mushrooms or jalapeños.
- Be sure to slice the steak thinly for the best texture.
