- 8 oz (226 g) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups (200 g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60 g) diced pimentos, drained
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve with crackers, veggies, or bread.
Notes
- You can add more or less cayenne pepper depending on your spice preference.
- This dip can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
