- 1 pound (450 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces (225 g) rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well to combine.
- Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
- For extra heat, add red pepper flakes.
- Substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu for a different protein option.
