  • 2 cups (300 g) long grain rice
  • 4 cups (1 L) chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced, for garnish

Instructions
