Instructions
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- In the slow cooker, combine the chicken broth, sliced onion, garlic, soy sauce, and honey.
- Add the seasoned pork tenderloin to the slow cooker, ensuring it is submerged in the liquid.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the pork is tender.
- Once cooked, remove the pork and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with the cooking juices spooned over the top.

- For extra flavor, marinate the pork in the sauce overnight.
