  • 1 can (14 oz or 400 g) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup (240 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add in the spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
