Ingredients

- 1/4 cup (60 g) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup (40 g) chopped celery
- 1/4 cup (40 g) chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup (100 g) mixed greens for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and lemon juice.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on a bed of mixed greens or in a sandwich.

- For added crunch, consider adding chopped pickles.
